I take customer calls & enquiry regarding repairs and general needs of customers who are tenants within the longhouse group, i deal with admin tasks and deal with a certain amount of tasks. i also deal with internal customer queries within teams & external contractors.
I have learned communication skills and time management, this job has also developed my existing skills of interpersonal communication.
