The first year of the apprenticeship is at resource group at cotswolds airport and the second and third year working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern at heathrow to get your cat A licence
This apprenticeship for sure improves you as a person as you improve your teamwork and handskills as an engineer, this apprenticeship also give you the university experience as you live on your own for the first year
I thorougly enjoyed the programme and would highly recommend it to anyone who love aeroplanes and engineering
It is quite well organised
You supported all the way through the apprenticeship by everyone to get our airside passes to our engineering licences
The suppport from the training provider Resource Group is very very good they make the process of the theoreticall phase of our licence very enjoyable
Very well as they tailor the teaching to what you will use in the role
There are a few charity and sports events that pop up
Yes
Its a very good company to work for as there a lot of benifits to working for the company
I would recommend them apply as soon as possible as there arent many companies that that better to work for in England
