I enter a lot of data, I will sort this data through what looks right, if the data is validated and overall if it can be passed through above. I am also involved in marketing and creating marketing strategies for our clients. I mainly work through Salesforce and I will need to our database in tact and manageable for people to see as we share a lot of our information out towards clients.
I have learnt how to write a proper and professional email that goes out to my colleagues as well as clients I work with. I have also had to learn how to create a budget for our marketing department, because I have to work out specific information that can be complicated.
The program I am on is very enjoyable, the colleagues I work with are very friendly and are happy to help whenever needed, they also balance a fun and enjoyable time at the place of work. The program is leading me to learn numerous skills as well as contributing to my confidence of working with others. My tutor is very helpful when needed and teaches well.
The programmed is structured well, the amount of out of the job hours I have to complete is reasonable and definitely do able. I have a lot of time to do my work as it is hard but not hard enough to the point that I am unable to complete the work needed.
My employer gives me the time that is required to complete my work, with no questions asked, they also encourage to do my work as they know there is a lot. If I need help the employees around me are happy to help, they will guide me where needed and are never hostile about this.
My training provider is always there and answers any questions quickly and answers everything that needs answering. Our one to one sessions are always useful, because they will explain what needs to be done, as well as ensuring that I know what I need to do before the session is ended.
I am leering a number of new skills, specifically the finance sector has been helping me out massively due to my job role needed to understand and conduct a budget. It is also helping me with my balance between work and apprenticeship degree, which I know I will find helpful for when I am not an apprentice.
Every Wednesday we paly football after work, there tends to be at least 18 of us playing, therefore we tend to play 9-aside football. We will also watch the football after work when we can, we socialise at these social activates as well as over social media playing video games together.
Yes
The company I work for balances day to day life as well as work. We try to involve each other in as many things, because this creates a positive and fun atmosphere. The job itself is fun and having the colleagues around me helps. I think creating a culture like this helps promote the job to others, therefore I would recommend this job.
The advice I would give is to be prepared to work hard, however most importantly be yourself and enjoy the times you have with your colleagues, because I would call a lot of these colleagues friends. The management can be strict when needed but are fair when they are, so if you make a mistake show that you are able to get on with it and grow.
