I'm a senior carer looking after the elderly with dementia, working nights. I make sure the medication is given and that they receive the best care from our company
I've learnt how to lead my floor and have improved in all areas. As I've now doing my level 3 so I can progress more.
It's a brilliant way to learn, the tutors are great and the company where I work is very supportive
