  • I am aligned to two of our biggest customers and manage the reseller relationship. Ensuring they are getting what has been agreed in the contract and anything further. Regular cadence with my customer and the account manager with monthly reporting sessions.

  • Yes, I had no experience with Excel and am already implementing the simple things that can be done within Excel in my role

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy it but I have found the group workshops difficult to engage in due to the structure.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The workshops are always about a topic that I did 2 sessions ago, however they advise to have them done before the workshop so it feels like we are going backwards.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer is great and provides me with the time and support I need.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I completed a cognisant test a few weeks ago and still have not heard anything back. It has been a little slow.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Currently, not so much but it has given me the knowledge to look for a new role that does relate to what I have learnt.

  • Yes there are many. I am part of the Green Team and Softcat Family Network.
