I am aligned to two of our biggest customers and manage the reseller relationship. Ensuring they are getting what has been agreed in the contract and anything further. Regular cadence with my customer and the account manager with monthly reporting sessions.
Yes, I had no experience with Excel and am already implementing the simple things that can be done within Excel in my role
I enjoy it but I have found the group workshops difficult to engage in due to the structure.
The workshops are always about a topic that I did 2 sessions ago, however they advise to have them done before the workshop so it feels like we are going backwards.
My employer is great and provides me with the time and support I need.
I completed a cognisant test a few weeks ago and still have not heard anything back. It has been a little slow.
Currently, not so much but it has given me the knowledge to look for a new role that does relate to what I have learnt.
