Primarily studies for the first year but get to see what life is like working in the hangar and maintenance
So far I’ve improved communication and team work as well as learning more technical skills and hand skills within just 5 weeks
It’s very enjoyable so far and I feel very privileged to have this opportunity
It’s very well structured with everything planned down until even up to the smallest detail to ensure the best programme and outcome possible
They are always on hand to help with any issues and support no matter how minor this may be
Just as the employer, the support is always available
It gives me the ability to actually get the role after the apprenticeship is done to create a career for myself so extremely helpful
