First year is theory based with resource group doing modules for our part 66, second and third year we are involved in helping out with the daily maintenance of British airways fleet depending on where you are placed
I have developed my existing tool skill and masking them better in the time I have had at Heathrow so far
I enjoy the apprenticeship that I am doing a lot
The program that we are on is well organised and has a good structure to it
We have received lots of support from our employer
We have received lots of support from our training providers when it comes to work towards our qualifications

I believe that British airways is the best at what it does and the services that are provided are the best of the best
Tips that I would give is it’s always good to have a passion for fixing and have an interest in engineering
