Maintaining aircraft to an airworthy standard, and assisting other technicians.

Decently organised considering the amount of apprentices they take on and have to plan things for.
As much as possible, including health, financial, learning.

Give you a much better understanding before you actually enter the company fully.
I’m not part of any, but I’ve heard of football clubs, social clubs etc.

It’s a great company to be a part of considering their performance over the last couple years. Most of your colleagues will end up feeling like family due to how close you get. Also if ever in need of help there is always some you can go to internally.
Do your research into the company before and check what type of programme your are looking to go into so you know exactly what to expect.
