My role includes the management, planning and delivery of the diabetes prevention programme in Lancashire & South Cumbria.
I have learnt new management and leadership skills whilst working at Reed Wellbeing.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my first month of the apprenticeship programme.
Very well organised, planned and structured.
I receive a great deal of support from my employer, especially my line manager who is very supportive of me and my development.
It has only been a month into my apprenticeship however i have felt very supported by the training provider and my tutor.
I feel that the qualification that i will receive will enable me to develop into more managerial roles whilst at my current employer.
These are planned however i work from home as do my colleagues so social events are often planned well in advance and usually take place twice annually.

The flexibility of work and the family ethos and culture that is created by Reed is amazing and align with my values.
Be willing to invest in yourself because you will be supported to do so by Reed.
