My role consists of Implementing any new acquisitions onto our Model Branch systems and company processes, supporting branches and central teams with any new business, system or operational process changes, supporting the planning & testing of any new projects and delivering BAU training where needed

I've only just started but I am enjoying it so far

Again, I've only just started but from what I have seen so far the planning has been in advance, giving me and my manager plenty of time to work out setting time aside for workshops and tutor sessions. I have a tutor session every 4 weeks but I know I can reach out to my tutor as and when I need to and he can provide extra support.

I receive the support I need in a timely manner

With just starting I haven't needed to reach out just yet, but my tutor has advised me that I can reach out at any time for further support if needed. He was also very helpful during my tutor session and sent me over the agenda of the session so I could refer back to it if needed.

It has given me the further knowledge gaps that I was missing and is helping me with my understanding of why certain projects have followed a certain life cycle. I'm able to have an input in the way things go now with more confidence as my understanding grows

The only thing I'm aware of is a fantasy football league - not my thing!
