I am a support worker, my role involve supporting the service users in area where support is needed, these include: Safeguarding, emotional support, personal care, making adequate notes of all events, encouraging independent, making sure they lived there life the best way they would want.
Yes, I learn everyday on how to support our residents better, approaches, tones of conversation, and how to be proactive.

Priory Group is an amazing place to work, a lovely environment, the management are professional and friendly, they train and retrain staff to get better. They also have many programs to support staff wellbeing.
