My role is a Practice Success Manager. On a day-to-day basis, my job is to call up the accounts in my customer base and sell them Sage software, help them with any queries or issues, and learn more about their goals for the future so I can support them.
I have developed a lot of my confidence skills, particularly when speaking to customers on the phone as this wasn't something I was used to before I started at Sage.
I really enjoy my programme. My team are all very lovely and are always willing to help me and my manager is incredibly invested in my development and will provide any support necessary for me to progress.
The role itself is continuously changing just due to the very nature of it, but my manager has ensured that I am constantly developing and feel supported in any new task I am given.
I receive a tremendous amount of support. My manager has created an environment wherein I feel completely comfortable to ask for help or more support in a particular area I may be struggling with.
We have monthly coaching sessions, as well as quarterly reviews which include my manager. We also have monthly workshops to go through some of the content included in the module. I also receive feedback for my assignments.
It helps me put the theory into practice more efficiently, for example, we may have done a unit on handling customer complaints and when I was in the situation where I was dealing with a complaint, I had a better idea of how to respond than I would have had prior to the session.
There are charity events that I am given the opportunity to attend. I am also given 5 volunteering days where I can pick a charity to do some volunteer work for to help me give back to the community.

It is a good company to work for, you feel very supported throughout and it is evident that the management team are invested in your success and rooting for you to do well and will do everything they can to help with this.
Be yourself - they appreciate personality and authenticity.
