My role involves sending out invoices to customer, chasing people for timesheets and helping any tefa queries
Yes I have learnt how to invoice properly and be punctual. I have also gained lots of knowledge.
It can be interesting at points but it can be very repetitive and boring if I dont have much to do
It has been structured at points but at time threes isn't much interaction and many updates with what I need to be doing.
I don't speak to my manager very frequently and I don't get new work very often.
I have received good support when I have needed to complete certain things. They always made sure they were available if I needed help
It gives me more confidence when I understand different terms and language used. I also understand why certain thing are done
Yes there is a run club.

You don't get much communication from managers or regular updates. You work from home most the time and have no time in the office. You also do the same task for a long period of time without given new tasks.
