  • Yes, this apprenticeship has taught me many skills though my academic studies as well while being out in the buissness during my placements.

  • This program is an excellent apprenticeship which I enjoy very much

  • The placement is very well structures with a mix of academic studies as well as a series of well planned work placements to develop my understanding of the business and build networks

  • The employer provides a lot of support.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider is very supportive and has many mechanisms in place to feedback on progress and provide extra support if it is needed.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification is very useful to my role and with the more I learn, the more i can see how it becomes more and more relevant to my role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There is an abundance of extra-curricular activities to involve yourself with from the apprentice charity team to a newsletter team. These groups are excellent for networking with other apprentices as well as developing skills like working in a team and project management.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • The BMW group is a massive global company with many opportunities which come with a global company. The company provides many benefits to apprentices and their full time staff and is very supportive.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group?
  • Take an interest in the history of the brands under the BMW Group and research the history of the site and what the site produces and show the assessor in the interview phases that you have a strong interest in both the apprentice as well as the company.
