I am solely responsible for a 65 room hotel and 12 person housekeeping team. This includes check ins, setting the day up correctly, health and safety and night shifts.
Yes, I have learnt a lot about hospitality and management. Also a lot about initiative due to being the only appointed member on site at any given time.
I have enjoyed it a lot, my coach has helped me be more relaxed and enjoy more.
