My role is to ensure all children are happy and safe. Also to understand their development and milestones, as well as how a child of that age learns and most effective ways to communicate. I also need to be aware of legislations and theories that I can use within my practice.
Yes! I have learnt so much with Realise. From things such as development milestones, to legislations and acts of every kind. The way a child’s brain works from conception. Different ways to teach a child as well as different approaches to do so. As well as my own rights within my workplace.
I absolutely loved it. I felt so supported and was eager to learn more. It taught me so much more than I could imagine and I have come away from it feeling like such a better practitioner and am able to show that at work. Realise covered every detail for me.
Amazingly. If I was ahead of target there would be work ready for me and the support there for whenever I needed. There were files I could access to help me along the way, as well as my assessor Sachia only a message away. I felt so supported and enjoyed getting the work done.
I receive all the support they are able to give me. Any time I needed time to complete webinars or if I had a question that regarded our setting they would help me. They gave me books to read that regarded my apprenticeship to help develop my learning further.
My training provider was Sachia Prince and I couldn’t have had any more support. No question was too silly, no matter what time if Sachia was able to help me she would in every way possible. She explained things to me the way that was easiest for me, and pointed me in the right direction whenever I needed guidance. I appreciate Sachia’s time and help so much!
It helps me in every aspect. To be able to bond with the children and create positive relationships through how children’s brain works. Different ways of teaching for each individual child and how to ensure all children are always involved. The practical side of things and how to evaluate and avoid risks.
There always was with realise such as free webinars to join in outside of the apprenticeship that could help further my knowledge. Always links that I didn’t need but they were offered to me to research more into if I wished too. However within my setting there isn’t.
Yes
Because I felt it was so organised. I could tell realise, especially Sachia wanted me to do well for me. I felt fully supported and happy whilst completing my apprenticeship. Sachia is the main reason I loved it as she made me feel so supported and was always so kind to me. Helping me when I went wrong and what to work on to better myself. Thankyou Sachia!
To appreciate all of the help and work we are given to better ourselves. To never feel scared to ask a question when you are unsure as everybody is so kind. To use the extra help given as they really do go above and beyond and that is rare to find!
