  • Leading a room of staff and children within a nursery, making sure children are kept safe and the needs of the child is being met. To provide a learning rich environment so children get the best possible start.

  • Yes I have better my knowledge on how to provide children with meeting their next steps to be able to support them progress throughout their early years and to achieve their early learning goals.

  • I enjoyed learning about different ways to support children to achieve. I also enjoyed learning different learning ways through theorists on different theories to provide children the best possible outcome and why we do the things do.

  • My assessor was there for everything step of the way whenever I needed support and guidance especially if I wasn't to sure on something.

  • It's given me the tools and knowledge to be able to progress my career. It's also given me the confidence to perform better within My job role, not only woth children but how to manage staff and reflecting on my performance.

  • I now run interventions within my setting to help progress children with their communication and language skills.
