Monitoring and maintaining client infrastructure and triaging issues when they arise.
I came into my role as a career shift so it was all new to me but I have learnt and adapted.
I have only just started my apprenticeship program so I do not have many words on it as of yet.
From what I have seen of my program I believe it to be well organised and well structured.
My employer gives me time away from my role to allow me to do my apprenticeship work.
From what I have experience up until now, I have been provided a decent amount of support from QA.
I believe my course will give me a further understanding of network infrastructure which will present me with the skills to perform my role to a higher standard.
I am unsure if there are any but I would be willing to take part in some that I was aware of.
Yes
I believe Capgemini to be a good place to work in my location and I have previously given suggestions to friends and family to attempt to get a job at Capgemini.
Go in with an open mind and be always willing to learn. If you're not willing to learn then you will not be successful within the role you get.
