Gaining experience and filling out a logbook by working in a live environment with qualified engineers. Additionally doing Level 2 and Level 3 in engineering through city and guilds. Consists of answering questions linked with our course and other activities
Learnt new hand skills through training and knowledge surrounding aircraft through our learning
I very much enjoy this program, you work in an ambitious group with other individuals doing the same course. The management are extremely supportive and the course is very well taught and composed
Our course is structured very well and is all planned out before you have even joined, they plan time for resits for exams in addition to extra time for any other tasks for your apprenticeship to reduce stress on you
We receive constant support from our employer through regular progress meetings in addition to being able to access whenever.
At our training provider resource group, we have multiple safeguarding officers on site who we are able to visit whenever we have an issue or concern. They provide support by asking us of our well being during meetings
Our qualification is tailored to our role and enables us to work safely and efficiently
At British airways, there is constant extra-curricular events such as sports, charity work and so much more. Emails are constantly sent of events to get involved in and they are welcome for all
