I have really enjoyed my programme and have felt listened to when feedback has been shared. Any feedback shared has been acted upon.
The programme is structured well, giving us a breadth of experience throughout HR facets.
I receive frequent support from my employer, especially my line manager. I know any feedback I share will be acted upon.
I receive a fair amount of support from my training provider
Currently I would not say it helps in my day to day role as i'm in a specialist role which the qualification has yet to cover, however I do believe that it has supported the development of my soft skills.
