Recruitment of apprentices and graduates on to Kier's emerging talent programmes.
Developed a lot of new leadership and management skills during my time on the course, and ben able to use them practically in my day-to-day life.
I enjoyed learning, some of the coursework was a little tedious to complete and managing my time to get the work done was difficult during busy periods.
Very well structured, bespoke system with all details and lots of information provided.
Plenty of support, dedicated time given to my apprenticeship.
Lots of support from training provider, bi-weekly calls with development coach to track progress and discuss learnings. And also monthly workshops.
The skills learnt are definitely linked to my day to day work, I have been able to adapt my style and use new learnings during my role.
There are employee networks to join, but there are not many social opportunities outside of work. The occasional after work meal/drink but mainly at Christmas - difficult as majority of team work remotely.
