i find my program really enjoyable, i have made new friends through the Early Talent cohort which has been great, especially with starting in an organisation as large as Newcastle Building Society. I also find my apprenticeship course very beneficial and supportive.
we have monthly and bi-monthly review meetings with my learning provider where we are set tasks for that month. When it comes to my review, we have a re-cap of what I have learnt and how this has benefited my role.
My employer and team are very supportive.
My learning provider is really supportive; if I have any questions or queries they are more than happy to answer them for me and are always supporting me with achieving the best I can out of my apprenticeship.
My qualification that I am working towards will help me perform better in my role as it has provided me with the foundations required for my job role and for any other potential roles I may be interested in, in the future.
We recieve 2 paid days for volunteering every year; we can volunteer somewhere of our choice and get paid for it! There are also a number of different groups and support networks throughout the society that we can join.
