I work daily with customers on a face to face basis. I serve customers and support them with their banking, as well as Educating them and supporting them with going digital. I support customers in every aspect of their life.
I learned so many new skills and developed existing skills. I learned about the imporantce of time management, ensuring I had the right support in place for me compelting my apprenticeship and maintaining a busy work scheudal. I leant about the importance of work place relatinships and how to maintain them.
I really enjoyed my apprenticeship. I would not be in the position I am today both in my career as well as my own personal confidence without my apprenticeshi[p,.
The programme is really well structured. You can clearly see what you have leant throughout your course as well as what else you will be learning. You can check you progress throughout the programme of the work completed.
I received a lot of support from my employer. I was given 20% of my time to complete my apprenticeship and I found this was suffient enough for me.
I had a lot of support from my training provider throughout my apprenticeship. Whenever I was needing help with a particular question or a workbook then support i needed was always there for me. I had some difficulty understanding working of questions but as soon as I asked I was given support, whether it was through emial or a video chat.
I feel it has helped me a lot with my relationships with my colleagues as well as my customers. I have a better understadning of CRM's and why they are used within our business, I have also gained a better understadning of management/ learning styles.
