filing, answering the phone to deal with clients aswell as staff, covering sickness, making sure rotas for staff and clients are ready weekly and sent out, ensuring all staff supervisions are up to date and completed ensuring staff have MOT and business insurance
yes i have learnt how to show my findings on a powerpoint
every time i am set a new task i learn something new this is and will continue to develop my skills and help me in my job role
very well organised i get tasks have one to one meetings then complete and upload my tasks, i havent had any issues everything just runs smoothly
company as a whole no support still waiting for the training manager to come down as i am doing coursework in work time as nothing been sorted for off the job time. my manager is supportive and has been chasing the trainer

overall westminster isnt bad to work for, the only downside in my opinion is that it is a corperate company and there is no real recognision for your hard work, my manger always says how well im doing etc
get salary in writing before agreeing to anything and also make sure you tell them the hours you are willing to work
