Currently becoming team leader, so learning business close down process on top of the role I already do such as running food, serving on the bar and making sure the floor is clean, tidy and guests are happy

Very, support is very good and the resource's are very accessible

A fair bit, they’re always checking in and making sure we’re ok

A lot, they’re always checking in and helping if I need it

It makes me think of the thinks I wouldn’t normally think about

Not really, some of us do attend a karaoke night
