I am a marketing apprentice. I assist the team with marketing activities and admin. Helping with things like merchandise, digital signage, invoicing etc.
Yes! I had very little marketing skills and experience before this, and now I believe I am getting closer and closer to having the skills and knowledge needed to become a marketing exec.
I love the programme, it is my preferred way of learning, I love the balance of job work and course work. There is always support if I need it.
Very well structured. We have schedules group sessions and activities, module due dates are always very clear. There are rarely any issues
I am constantly getting support. I have regular 121 meetings and conversations to help me. If I don't reach out, there is always someone that will ask me if I need any support.
We have regular 121s, group sessions and catch ups. We can always reach out to them on email or teams messages as well
It has given me lots of knowledge and skills that I use everyday in my role. It has given me a better understanding of the business and my role as well
We have occasional events, nights out and special things happening in the office. We also have communities and hobby clubs, I am in the film club

It has amazing culture and a great support network. Everyone there is your friend, its such a welcoming and comfortable work environment with loads of great opportunities available.
