I sell IT products into the education side of Public Sector, to ensure that teachers, schools and students are kept safe while using IT products, as well as making sure they are up to date and compliant with all regulations.
I have learnt many new skills around my job including developing my people skills and language I use in the workplace as well as talking to customers, I have learnt how to use a computer in depth and develop my skills within excel.
I enjoy my programme thoroughly, it has brought me many skills that I have found useful within the workplace, i have grown thoroughly due to the positivity around me, i know that anybody is there for me at any time which has been extremely helpful throughout, people are always willing to help and would drop anything to make sure that i am understanding fully of the problem i may face.
I believe my programme is organised, they make sure to lay out the specific goals that is expected of me in my apprenticeship, they plan ahead and let me know well in advance when i have got to go on a course, projects are thoroughly explained and guidance is provided throughout if i have an problems.
i receive bucket loads of support from my employer, wherever there is doubt my team and the learning and development team are more than open to talk about what is happening, i know where i can go if i am feeling unsure of anything, they make sure to praise when successfully achieved something
A lot of support is given from my training provider whenever i have a question i know that it will be answered the same day and a meeting will be booked in as soon as possible, i know who i can turn to if i am struggling within my job and apprenticeship work as this was made clear
i believe it helps me perform better as i have a better depth of knowledge in what i am doing, and see what i am doing wrong, it helps me understand the products that i am selling a lot more helping my customers.
i am in the womens football team, there are many other activities that i could be involved in including women in business the green team, and many more.

Softcat is a company that definitely lives up to it's values, it's a fast past company that is fun and has good incentives plans
i would definitely suggest applying to softcat for other people if they want to expand their knowledge and skills, as well as getting an Level 3 out of it
