Softcat (my work place) has a lot of professional networking events that take place and constant events to endorse our services and products. This is a good time to meet our clients but to also meet protentional clients. There are also many Social events to bond everyone together and to celebrate our hard work. This helps a lot with our productivity but also is a nice gesture to show that the company embraces our achievements and hard work.
