My role involves administrative work and working with internal team to help salespeople and engaging in current project to improve the operating of the business
I have learnt lots of new communication skills and how to use many new systems, allowing me to develop within my role and expand my knowledge within the business.
I enjoy my apprenticeship programme as I get to engage with other people within the company who are on the same course and get to hear about their experiences and seek help or guidance from them when necessary.
This programme is very well structured with regularly intervaled calls for our group session and regular deadlines set for evidence and work to be produced and submitted by.
I receive lots of support from Softcat, they aid me to produce evidence I may need by working it into projects and my day to day tasks. My team are always offering support and help me on projects, giving extra tips or knowledge.
I receive lots of support from my training provider. During our group sessions we cover lots of topics and in out monthly 1-2-1 sessions I'm given the opportunity to go into more depth for these if I want and get help.
I feel like my qualification helps me to perform better within my role as it betters my business knowledge, however, not everything on the course relates to things within my role.
