I support the specialist Network and Security and the Datacentre team to submit deal registrations and create quotes so that i can send them back to the customers.

I feel very satsified with the programme as i am developing a breadth of knowledge and skills essential in the workspace.
very well organised. I have set days for work and my apprenticeship as well as off the job education training.
Quite alot as i can gain alot of knowledge from them aswell.
We have frequent 1-1 and LAR calls to check up on my work and catch up on any updates and my wellbeing. If i have any questions, my mentor is open to discussing extra information and details with me.
Gives me more insight about technology and sales which is essential for my role at softcat.
We have alot of team night outs and charity events held by colleagues like walks and runs as well as end of quarter events.
