As an IT technical sales apprentice, my role revolves around supporting the sales team in various tasks. This includes familiarizing myself with IT products and services, assisting with client inquiries, researching potential clients, and participating in sales meetings. I also shadow experienced sales professionals to learn effective sales techniques and provide technical support to clients when needed. Additionally, I maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate records of client interactions. Continuous learning and development are crucial aspects of my role as I strive to enhance both my technical knowledge and sales skills.
In this role, I've developed strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and technical skills. I regularly interact with clients and team members, effectively convey technical information, manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, find creative solutions to challenges, and proficiently use sales and CRM software.
