I work on the customer contact team My role involves me calling customers to obtain information so that their payments go through successfully. I also look at cases that require urgent attention so that it can be resolved as soon as possible.
My communication skills have improved, My knowledge of international payments is huge as am able to help other members within the team out. Also am able to learn more as it is something where you are able to learn something new every day. I have developed skills in working together with members within the bank.
I enjoy the programme as it is a great way to learn at the bank and to progress within the bank. I enjoy the idea of working towards a qualification that will benefit myself and the bank
I feel highly valued, I believe that I am benefiting the bank as well as earning their respect when I do my job role. I feel like I am contributing to helping the bank be more stable and to ensure that it is moving in the righ direction
My programme is very organised and structured, the only trouble I had is the route I had to take to obtain my work books from BPP. Also the idea of having webinars is great as it feels like we are in a a live classroom.
I receive a large amount of support with everything to do with my apprenticeship from my training provider. Also if there is something I am unsure of, they are able to assist me further in finding the right answer.
I receive a lot of support from my employer on a daily basis, if there is a question that I require answering, then they are always happy to help.
My salary is fine, I dont have any complaints about it. The package is excellent as I can tailour it to my benefit
There are opportunities that are outside of work which includes things like community days etc.
Yes
I have had an exellent experience and have enjoyed every minute of working within the bank. The role that I do, feels like I am valued within the bank. And would recommend this to anyone.
I would advise people to choose a department that they would like to work in. As the bank has many departments that would suit anyone.
