Overall day to day role to is support the Business & Commercial Banking Strategy. Day to day basis involves liasing with several departments to understand if investments made as travelling in the right direction
Yes, lots of new skills in relation to leadership and the view of an organisation from the perspective of senior management
I enjoy the programme a lot. It makes a big difference when topics being learnt can be brought back to the day job and you can see that models and frameworks learnt are being brought to the table.
Programme is very structured with allocated time during the working week, there is a need to be flexible on both sides, i.e sometimes the job has it's demands and sometimes there are urgent apprenticeship deadlines to hit.
Lots of support, Apprenticeships are highly valued across the organisation, it's definitely not a tick box exercise. There is a significant time and finance investment from the organisation.
Lots of support provided by Henley with multiple professors and lecturers available. The bigges source of support is via my tutor Aimee who provides 121 support with various checkins throughout the programme.
The qualification I'm working too has been really useful in terms of new skills, behaviours and knowledge. It has been crucial in supporting my development and has allowed to progress within the organisation.
There are several networks to be involved in, but no sports teams.
