Day to day I help with returns for customers. This includes looking at what has been shipped to dispatch in our main office and shipping items out to distis or customers. I only deal with courier invoices and there to theres.
I've learnt how to be more confident in answering questions and talking on the phone. I've also learned how to be more efficient in managing my time.
I enjoy the modules given and working through them. However, I don't enjoy the workshops as much, I don't find them useful in the way I learn.
I think that the modules could be structured better as some of them we should know when we start not 6 months in. Such as managing priorities, this should be at the start I feel.
An amazing amount of support, no complaints. Always gives me enough time to complete apprenticeship work. And always there to support if I need help work and/or personal.
A good amount, the 1-1s are really useful. They help my plan for my final project. I get good constructive criticism from these.
It helps me have more of an understanding of applications that I use day to day. Such as word and outlook, you get tips and tricks which I wouldn't have known otherwise.
There is a lot of different social activities to get involved in. Such as football or rugby.
Yes
Because you get a lot of benefits, there's a lot of fun events and everyone is very supportive.
Appreciate what you get here and don't take it for granted. Put in the work.
