Be open minded, Costain are a brilliant company to work for with the correct skills and experience you can develop your skills and build your CV to a high standard working for Costain. Ensure when you apply you have a great cover letter but you express your personality its not always about how many skills you have but more if you have the personality to apply them correctly.
