  • As a deputy manager it is my role to support the senior management team and overlook the care team. Following policies and procedures from the company and in line with my managers

  • Very supportive company allowing you to progress whilst they are supporting you to develop and expand knowledge within job role. I started at elmfield care as a senior care assistant within a year becoming deputy manager, elmfield have given me the chance of progression within health and social care
