I am customer facing as I answer incoming telephone calls to deal with customers queries and concerns, this also involves me doing some admin such as after call work and sending emails.
I have learnt a lot of different skills such as communication, attention to detail and active listening.
I enjoy it as each task I complete I learn something new, it also makes me think about what future career I would like to do.
It is very well organised, my coach checks in with me most weeks.
I receive a lot of support, I am scheduled 6 hours a week dedicated to completing apprenticeship work.
My training provider offers me support if I need extra, they will also break down questions and talk them through so I get a better understanding.
It helps me perform better in my role as it makes me focus on the actual work I do in my role as I am constantly writing case studies and providing examples on my daily tasks I complete in my role.
Yes there are extra activities, social events and charity activities to get involved in.
