-register the children once they are in the building/do register time -do shake and wake with the children -guide the children to an activity/interact with them during this time -do story time with the children -get them to wash there hands for snack time and once they're finished get them to wash their hands again -get the children ready for garden time then send them out for some fresh air -take them inside for rhyme time and circle time -then allow them to explore during free-flow -and finally get them ready for home time and call them one by one when the parents come for them to go home
yes iv learnt to be more patience and have the ability to remain calm in a stressful situations the ability to work well with others to be flexible and open to change and improved in my verbal communication skills ive learnt to have a wide range of creative ideas(creative thinking) and my organisation skill have improved
i enjoy the programme i am in as i am able to be on my course and work at the same time It's a change from the every day classroom. i get the opportunity to have a practical experience in a real job role, learning the right skills in a real environment
id definitely say it is well organised and structured in my experience as i have always been checked on by my tutor and the work that im assigned to do is always clear and written in a way that it is easy to understand.when given feedback on my work and it needs changes im given exactly what i need to change which is really convenient on my behalf
day to day i definitely say i get enough support through out the day and in general im always asked if i need help with anything that may seem to be described as a stressful situation.we have a rota so that the work in every aspect can be evenly distributed throughout all the employees
the support i receive from my training provider when working towards my qualifications is adequate they checks up on me to make sure i am up to date with my work i am assigned new work as soon as i finish all my work she lets me know everything i need to know to be able to achieve my qualifications which make me feel confident
my training provider send my tutorials and self-study to help me to perform better in my role i am given work and told by my training provider about what the work consist of which helps me alone i am also given a lot of advice when i need it and answers all my question which i appreciate
yes we to party event such as Christmas parties, Easter parties ,and Halloween parties for the children to enjoy which is nice to see for the children to enjoy

because so far i have not one negative thing to say about this company they are professional ,well structured,organised and very friendly
the tips and advice i would give to others if they were to apply to this company i would tell them to put their all into it because it is a great opportunity and id tell them to not let their work pile up and to avoid procrastination to avoid stress
