Administering medication, assisting with personal care, assisting with eating and drinking, supervisions, dealing with GP, medical practices.
Yes, I have a better understanding towards legislation, MCA, DOLS. I am more confident working in partnership with external bodies.
Was intense and tiring as I was working full-time as well. But I did enjoyed learning and developing new skills.

Theory versus practice is very different. Although I needed the theory, the job itself is learned practicing on the floor.
