Developed in Maths & English. Learnt new processes and digital skills.
Fully enjoy it from the start of my experience it’s been enjoyable and rewarding. I look forward to the start of the month to learn a new activity and enjoy it to the end when it’s due.
Very well organised. At first I couldn’t grasp what we had to and how to submit work. However the system is easy to follow and mapped clearly so we know exactly what to expect. I like how easy it is to reach out to our trainers by messaging them on Bud.
Support from manager where needed is good and generally positive about developing our skills further.
Plenty of support Both of my training providers are on hand and prompt in replying back to me. I feel reassured they are always in the background to help.
Developing new skills and building confidence. Applying these skills to helping customers are a great testament.
Potentially. I don’t seem to have any time to fit this in my busy life at the moment.
