I would say the best part of the job is the on the job learning aspect. Everyday I learn new things and I am able to take more of a contribution to my team. I would say the most difficult aspect of this apprenticeship is juggling work/study .
For the most part the apprenticeship is well structured and organised. I would say the only downside in the communication between group and op-cos. Sometimes things get lost in the middle.
Daily support from team to help assist in my tasks.
For the most part, I would say I receive some support from my training provider, I do believe it could be better.
I believe it gives you a base knowledge, that helps assist in your tasks, as well as, teaching you aspects of the industry you might not get to meet/do.
Yes, Monthly, Weekly and Quarterly social events. They also provide volunteering for partner charities(these days count as a working day) subsidised gym memberships, eye tests, healthcare.
