i am involved in procurement and payments at the moment . maintaining relationships internally and with sub-contractors
i have developed slightly on my IT skills . new skills - time management and organisational skills
i enjoy it thoroughly , i enjoy working on the job and the fastpaced environment of it . i like the fact that i am able to share my expereinces with apprentices and grads and former apprentices and grads internally within the company
i think it is well organised , there is frequent communication between the peoples teams
my line manager helps enormously and i am comfortable enough to speak to anyone
quite a lot of support and we have a variety of F2F and virtual so it is a good teaching style
i feel as if its helping theoretically but working on site is more benefitting
yes , weekly football , ethnic minority network , charity work with berkeley foundation and apprentice / grad forums
