I am a service Desk manager responsible for both our technical 24/7 service desk and managed device life cycle service desk.
I would say reflection, taking the time and using techniques learnt on how to reflect on my day to day role, any changes, challenges etc.
My score is an 8/10
Structure is okay, could be slightly better with finetuning the weekly working and module challenge sheets, however I believe this is being reviewed.
Plenty of support from Softcat.
I am well supported by the training provider.
Not so much at the start however now we are moving into the higher levels and our workload is being fined tuned, i believe this will have a much larger positive impact on my role.
There are multiple activities which we can get involved with at work.
Yes
A fantastic place to work where the company really does care for employee wellbeing and development.
Just be yourself and make sure that you're applying for something that you're passionate about.
