I create marketing campaigns and send these to current customers. I work with various teams throughout the company to work towards commercial targets. Daily there is a lot of collaboration across teams to discuss campaigns and how to optimise these as well as planning for future campaigns.
I have learnt how to execute marketing campaigns and how to work with stakeholders to plan and produce these campaigns. I have also learned more about marketing through the apprenticeship
I enjoy my programme, there is enough time and support for the apprenticeship but also a chance to work with colleagues to execute campaigns and get hands on experience
The apprenticeship side is well organised by the college, with teaching sessions and extra support available. The role includes work with lots of people to gain experience and isnt always completely organised but over time there are opportunities to have more control
I receive a lot of support if I request it. I am able to ask to work on what I am interested in and there is the chance to get experience in different areas.
There are revision sessions and calls every month or so with them. There is also training to do on the side and they ask us to log our off the job learning hours and keep on top of this to make sure we are getting the chance to have this learning time
The role directly links to the apprenticeship so it definitely helps. You write a mock essay in the first few months and this is on a project you are working on in your daily role so this helps
Our teams do offsites where we collaborate together and get the chance to know eachother better. There are many sports teams at Sage created by colleagues. Social activities also happen within teams. It's a social place to work
Yes
Because it is a great company with very friendly staff, supportive colleagues and lots of opportunities. A lot of people in Sage have been here many years and move around the company into different roles. Growth is supported and encouraged.
Go for it and focus on what you bring to the table as Sage isn't all about qualifications but about you as a person and what you can bring to Sage
