I coach individuals on a daily basis to ensure they are aligning with their own career goals as well as understand team capacity levels and implement changes as a result.

I've certainly learnt a lot more about the theory behind what we do, prior to the course I had a lot of practical experience with no reference to the theory side.

I really enjoyed the programme as it held me accountable for understanding more about the theory elements behind what we do and how we work.
