  • Customer support B - supporting customers digitally with their finanacial needs. Conducting risk managment activies and ensuring the smooth running of the banking hall.

  • Very, my mentor was brillaint

  • They did help plan in time for me to complete however this was tricky when staffing wasnt great and did feel like a bit of a burden to other colleagues

  • No, we do get involved with chartity work in the branch though
