Customer support B - supporting customers digitally with their finanacial needs. Conducting risk managment activies and ensuring the smooth running of the banking hall.
Learnt great time management skills and deepened my knowledge and understanding of the banking industry.
I fully enjoyed the program and it enabled me to progress in my banking career
Very, my mentor was brillaint
They did help plan in time for me to complete however this was tricky when staffing wasnt great and did feel like a bit of a burden to other colleagues
