  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It's alright. Since my role is different to the rest of my cohort I am given different assignments which I struggle with and no one else is doing the same thing as me so it's difficult to get help from my peers. We have good modules that we are taught based on technical sales

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Because I a licensing specialist and the qualification I am working towards is IT sales, it does not correlate to a certain degree, as even though I am in a customer facing role, I do not have to do things such a sell, or pitch to a customer to the sake extent to an account manager. My role is to guide customers to the right direction when purchasing licenses. However, my training provider has helped me and given good modules to help me understand and preform well if I was to be an account manager, I feel as if I will do well in my endpoint assessment due to the modules they teach us
