Undertaking Chats and Calls for a Service Desk within the IT department. Working on my tickets and understanding the colleagues issue supporting them and helping them with technical issues.
I have learned a more wider range of technical knowledge, understanding how to resolve issues with the knowledge gained.
It is very hands on, understanding how technology is used and how a company will use microsoft and other products to benefit the usage of a person.

Yes, my workplace provide an away day which iw where you can ask multiple questions and understand how us as a team are progressing for IS and Homegroup itself. They also provide nightly sessions from external companys to learn how it works.

I would recommend Baltic as they are very Eager to developing myself and the other apprentices aswell as provide a friendly and understanding course.
