I am a business manager and I oversee a team of 76 staff and the day to day running of the restaurant and all operations and finances.
I have learnt more about my leadership style and how this will help guide my team to hit our targets.
I really enjoyed completed my apprenticeship as it helped me grow as a manager
The programme was very well structured and help was always at hand
My training officer helped me when I needed and she checked in regularly to see how I was doing.
My tutor was fantastic throughout my training and always gave great feedback for me to work on.
It has helped me gained new skills on how to manage my team and store
My team have 2 planned crew events each year and we have regular days out and social events throughout the year
