    • I am a business manager and I oversee a team of 76 staff and the day to day running of the restaurant and all operations and finances.

    • I have learnt more about my leadership style and how this will help guide my team to hit our targets.

    • I really enjoyed completed my apprenticeship as it helped me grow as a manager

    • The programme was very well structured and help was always at hand

    • My training officer helped me when I needed and she checked in regularly to see how I was doing.

    • My tutor was fantastic throughout my training and always gave great feedback for me to work on.

    • My team have 2 planned crew events each year and we have regular days out and social events throughout the year

    • It has been a great place to work for 17 years. I have met so many amazing people and I look forward to the next 17 years
