I have learnt a lot of financial vocabulary, understood different rates, learnt how to simplify things for the end user.
I have enjoyed learning the new skills however some is not relevant to my role.
Everything is set very clearly
Softcat have been extremely supportive throughout the apprenticeship and I always raise any concerns I have.
External mentor is great. They explain everything well and offer lots of support.
I feel I could have been put on a more relevant course for my role.
